All of these are starting base prices for our basic services and are dependent upon length of hair, and can also vary price wise depending upon the amount of product used (extra bowls of color, additional toners, etc.)

Meghan has been a licensed cosmetologist for nearly a decade. She has studied under many prestigious educators and her strong suit is hair coloring. She spends her time hangin' with her son and picking up heavy things at the gym. When she grows up she wants to be a mermaid.
Molly is the Studio Manager at The Mailroom. She has been in the beauty industry since 2010 and her favorite aspect of being a cosmetologist is hair coloring. Her hobbies include spoiling her pups, traveling, and cooking. When she grows up she wants to be a "cool" mom.
Kayla is a licensed cosmetologist who studied at the Aveda institute in Manhattan, NY. She then worked as an apprentice before moving back to Florence in 2015. During her free time she enjoys traveling and going to hockey games. When she grows up she wants to be as awesome as her dog.
Ryan has been a Licensed cosmetologist and makeup artist for around ten years. She specializes in weddings and special event makeup, lived in hair color, and fashion/vivid colors. She's a full time animal lover, part time horse whisperer. She wants to help solve cold cases when she grows up.
Brooke is currently a cosmetology student at Florence-Darlington Technical College. As she grows and learns in the cosmetology field, she plans on specializing in color and extensions. "I'm excited to work for and learn from the talented stylists at the Mailroom Studio!" In my free time, she loves to be around her friends and family and she enjoy doing things like going to the beach, movies and “ghost hunting.”
We need your help and cooperation in order to open safely and smoothly. Below are the new rules, effective immediately. If you cannot meet these requirements, we must ask you to reschedule. We are focusing on safety right now, instead of convenience.
Please cancel your appointment if any of these apply to you: sore throat, cough, fever, shortness of breath, or loss of taste/smell, or if anyone near you has experienced these symptoms. We also ask if you have traveled out of state in the last 14 days, you reschedule ASAP.
The Studio’s online booking is currently disabled due to the high number of color appointments that need to be rescheduled from March. Your stylist will be in contact once her books are online, but right now we are handling appointments personally.
All clients must wear a face mask. We will be wearing a face shield or mask to protect you.
You must remain in your car until instructed to come inside. Text 843-256-3437 (The Mailroom Studio Number, or your stylist) with your name and stylists name- your stylist will text you to let you know that it is safe to enter. This allows us the proper amount of time to clean between each client without feeling rushed.
There will be no waiting room seating, magazines, or beverages provided. (This means no other guests are allowed to come with you- we are trying to limit the amount of people in our building at once.)
When entering the salon, please use the salon provided hand sanitizer, or wash your hands at either of our sinks- no gloves from outside will be allowed in.
Contact your stylist about form of payment- some of us are not taking credit cards right now since our phones are our credit card processors. Cash, check, Venmo/PayPal will be preferred for the next few months.
Please keep in mind most of you have missed more than one appointment time- this means more roots to cover and will require more product to be used. Something some of our stylists have considered is that a longer color application time to get your color back on track might mean less blow dry/styling time. Please let us know ahead of time if you're willing to leave with damp hair. This will give us more time to apply your color, cut down your time in the salon, and give us more time to disinfect between clients.

We ask that you cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment to allow us to fill your spot. If you fail to do so, or no call/ no show, you will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service either via invoice or if you have a card on file, it will automatically be charged. If you no call/ no show 3 or more appointments, you will not be permitted to schedule any further appointments with us.
At the Mailroom Barber Co, we understand it can be hard to find time for yourself- especially if your child is unexpectedly sick, or you have an issue with your childcare. However, we have a strict child policy that prohibits any unsupervised children from being in the Barbershop. In the event that you must bring a child, please provide proper adult supervision to sit with your child while you are receiving your service. Unfortunately, we cannot provide childcare services. We kindly request only the children receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children (12+) may wait in the provided waiting areas of the Barbershop. While this policy was created to ensure all guests receive a relaxing experience, it was written with your child’s safety in mind. A Barbershop is a dangerous environment for small children with sharp objects, possible climbing hazards, hot tools, and chemical exposure that could be harmful if the child is left unsupervised for even a moment.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. After 10 minutes we will not be able to perform the scheduled service and you will be required to pay 50% before you book your next service.
