At the Mailroom Studio, we understand it can be hard to find time for yourself- especially if your child is unexpectedly sick, or you have an issue with your childcare. However, we have a strict child policy that prohibits any unsupervised children from being in the Studio. In the event that you must bring a child, please provide proper adult supervision to sit with your child while you are receiving your service. Unfortunately, we cannot provide childcare services. We kindly request only the children receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children (12+) may wait in the provided waiting areas of the Studio. While this policy was created to ensure all guests receive a relaxing experience, it was written with your child’s safety in mind. A Studio is a dangerous environment for small children with sharp objects, possible climbing hazards, hot tools, and chemical exposure that could be harmful if the child is left unsupervised for even a moment.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. After 10 minutes we will not be able to perform the scheduled service and you will be required to pay 50% before you book your next service.
