Our guest is getting married in October, and wanted to be bright blonde for her big day. We gave her a full head of icy blonde foils, then lifted her natural base 2 levels by doing a base break at the sink. We finished the service off with an icy blonde toner, and an Olaplex treatment to achieve this cool blonde for her.
